VR DAY CARE CENTRE
Virtual Reality as part of the activity offerings in day care centres is a great way of making inaccessible places accessible through VR. People who live without any mobility challenges and are able to explore places like mountains, hill forts, national parks, castles and many other places that aren't accessible to wheelchair users and disabled people, can easily take this granted. Our VR content allows users to get up close and look around 1000's of amazing locations and virtually visit them in 8K 360-degrees video. This is ideal for groups of people to engage, explore and share meaningful stories through reminiscence.
VR Group Activities

The whole group can engage to explore places of interest, reminisce and share meaningful stories.

Benefits of Virtual Reality in Day Care Centres
1: Enhanced Social Interaction
Group VR sessions can spark conversations, shared laughter, and bonding, helping participants form stronger social connections and reducing feelings of isolation.
2: Cognitive Stimulation
VR activities like puzzles, memory games, or immersive storytelling can help maintain and improve cognitive function, particularly beneficial for older adults or individuals with learning disabilities.
3: Safe Exploration of New Experiences
Participants can “travel” to museums, cities, or natural wonders without leaving the centre, offering enriching cultural and educational experiences in a safe and accessible way.
4: Emotional Well-being
Calming VR environments, such as beaches or forests, can help reduce stress, anxiety, and agitation, creating a positive and soothing atmosphere in the day care setting.
5: Inclusive Physical Activity
VR can encourage gentle movement and interactive exercise, adapted to different abilities, supporting physical health and promoting fun, engaging activity sessions.
